## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any templates, products, workbooks, or services from Your Copy & Design Corner ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), including the Built In Six program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
## 2. No Guarantees or Warranties
All digital products and program materials, including templates, funnels, pages, workbooks, and design assets, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
* increased revenue, conversions, or business results
* compatibility with every browser, device, or website configuration
* that templates will function if altered, customized, embedded incorrectly, or used outside of Showit
* that you will complete a fully functioning website by the end of the program if you do not complete the assigned work or attend live sessions
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility before use, and for completing the program as designed.
## 3. Intellectual Property & License
All templates, workbooks, designs, frameworks, and content provided through Built In Six or any other Company product remain the intellectual property of Your Copy & Design Corner.
**License grant:** You are granted one non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own personal business use only, meaning to build and operate your own website. This license does not permit you to:
* resell, share, gift, or redistribute the templates or workbooks in whole or in part
* send, forward, or provide the templates or workbooks to clients, students, or any third party
* use the templates or workbooks to create a competing product, template shop, or course
* claim the templates or workbooks as your own original work
**Your copies, your website:** Your personal copies of the workbooks and website templates are yours to keep and use for your own business, for as long as you'd like, including after the program ends. The finished website you build also belongs to you. What you may not do is share, forward, resell, or redistribute your copies of the workbooks or templates to anyone else, or use them to create a competing product, template shop, or course. The underlying design, framework, and instructional content remain the intellectual property of Your Copy & Design Corner even though your personal copy is yours to use.
Violation of this license may result in termination of your access to the program without refund.
## 4. Use of AI in Product Development
Some of our templates, workbooks, and course materials are developed with the assistance of AI tools. Any AI-assisted content is directed, reviewed, and edited by Courtney Lee based on her own professional knowledge, experience, and understanding. AI is used as a drafting or research aid, not as a replacement for that expertise. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content is error-free, and you should use your own judgment when applying any recommendations.
## 5. Program Access & Live Sessions
* You have access to the live lessons and their recordings for 90 days from the start of the program. Your personal copies of the workbooks and templates are yours to keep beyond that window (see Section 3).
* Live sessions are held on a set schedule. If you miss a live session, a recording will be made available to you; we do not offer individual makeup sessions.
* It is your responsibility to keep track of session dates, join on time, and complete workbook exercises between sessions.
## 6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all template and standalone digital product sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you gain instant access and waive any right to request a refund on those products.
**Built In Six refund policy:** If, after 4 weeks of the program, you feel you do not have what you need to build your website, and you have attended the live sessions and made a genuine attempt at the assigned work, you may request a 50% refund. To be eligible:
* You must have attended the live sessions (or reviewed the replays) through week 4
* You must have completed and submitted the associated workbook exercises
* Your refund request must be submitted in writing to courtney@yourcopycorner.com within 14 days of the week 4 session
Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Your Copy & Design Corner based on documented attendance and participation.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Your Copy & Design Corner is not liable for:
* loss of profits, data, or business
* website malfunction, downtime, or technical issues
* outcomes from implementing any copy, design, funnel, or program recommendations
* errors resulting from edits you make to templates
* outages, changes, or limitations of third-party platforms (including Showit) that your site is built on
Your use of the templates, workbooks, and program materials is at your own risk.
## 8. Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
* ensure correct installation of templates
* maintain backups
* comply with all marketing, platform, and advertising policies
* follow applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
* be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use our products and services
## 9. Professional & Licensing Compliance
Your Copy & Design Corner provides website copy, design, and workbook guidance for general business and marketing purposes only. We are not a substitute for legal, licensing, ethics, or compliance advice from your professional board, association, or an attorney.
If you are a therapist, coach, counselor, or other licensed or credentialed professional, it is solely your responsibility to review any website copy, claims, testimonials, or materials created using our templates or guidance against the rules, code of ethics, and advertising or scope-of-practice requirements of your specific licensing board, state, and profession before publishing them. Requirements vary widely by state and by license type, and we do not review your final website content for compliance with any board's standards.
## 10. Payment Plans
Built In Six may be purchased in full or through a payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as agreed at checkout, regardless of your program completion, attendance, or refund eligibility under Section 6. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in immediate termination of your access to the program, live sessions, and materials.
We ask that you contact us first at courtney@yourcopycorner.com to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Acceptance of these Terms at checkout, including the refund policy in Section 6, will be used as part of our response if a chargeback or dispute is filed.
## 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
